The production building is two layers of steel mixed structure. Mail processing is divided into two parts: the north and the south. There is a transmission belt system that is up to several kilometers. It forms a three-dimensional, cross and interworking system, which enables flexible operation between the districts and the north and South regions. The layout of the equipment between the north and the south is complementary to each other and cooperates with each other so that the size or shape of the mail can be automated.

The intelligent robot sorting system covers an area of 5000 square meters. It adopts two different specifications of AGV sorting equipment, which are large robot and small robot. It has 320 robots, and realizes the synchronous and intelligent sorting of large and small parts. The three-dimensional module is divided into two layers, and the small robot is divided into three layers. The large robot has 80 units, 38 grid ports, it can load the heaviest 50 kilograms, the biggest 1 x 0.8m mail, can handle 5 thousand pieces per hour, and the speed can reach 2 meters per second. The small robot now has 240 units and 229 grid ports. Each lattice port is 0.6 x 0.6m, which can send 0.4 x 0.4m mail, which can process 15 thousand pieces per hour, and the speed can reach 3M per second. The application of intelligent robot sorting system relieves the pressure of mail processing at peak period and improves the production ability and level of logistics intelligence and information.
